Nancy Schriedel started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1996 in its State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice and later joined the Mortgage Banking section of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld in Dallas, Texas. In 2001, she founded a Consumer Financial Services law firm supporting National Mortgage Lenders, and closing Texas residential and commercial sale/purchase transactions as a Fee Attorney. From 2009 to 2017, Nancy served in various legal and compliance roles for National Title Insurance Agencies doing business in Texas. Most recently, Nancy has worked in Consumer Finance as Director of Compliance Risk for Capital One and Santander Consumer USA.
Nancy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University, a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley, Western Michigan University, and a LL.M. in Tax Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
